This half term we are investigating micro-organisms. Today we worked as teams of scientists to set up an investigation to find out what variables affect how quickly bread goes mouldy.

Today we went outside to go on a maths treasure hunt. We used our number skills to work out clues that led us to a hidden Anderson shelter. We all tried to get there first!
Today Year 6 spent the day at the Transport Museum finding out about the Coventry Blitz. We even made our own Anderson shelters.

Today in literacy, we thought about Anne Frank and her family and what life must have been like in the Secret Annex. Umair pretended to be Anne Frank and we asked him about her feelings. Then we used freeze frames to portray the different emotions the Franks must have experienced.
